Mattress Return Policy
We give you 90 nights to try your mattress! After the initial 30 days from receipt, if you are not happy, you can return the mattress for a full refund less a $99 mattress pickup fee. We will pay the return shipping costs/pickup fee if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). If your item is unopened, you may return the mattress for a full refund less any return shipping cost. You may cancel your order for a 100% refund if the item has not yet shipped. If you experience any defects, your item is covered under the product warranty. If soiled or damaged, customer may be responsible for a damage fee of up to $100 depending on the item.
Pillows, toppers and bedding accessories Return Policy
We give you 90 nights to try your pillow, topper or bedding accessories. After the initial 30 days from receipt, if you are not happy, you can return your item for a full refund less any return shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). You may cancel your order for a 100% refund if the item has not yet shipped. If the items have already shipped, we won't be able to cancel the order. If you experience any defects, you're still covered by any applicable product warranties.
Mattress foundations, furniture and comfort loungers/massage bases Return Policy
Our foundations, furniture, and bases are non-returnable. You may cancel your order for a 100% refund if the item has not yet shipped. If the items have already shipped, we won't be able to cancel the order and it will be considered a final sale. If you experience any defects, you're still covered by any applicable product warranties.
Pet Beds Return Policy
Our pet beds are non-returnable once the package has been opened. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). If your item is unopened, you may return it for a full refund less any return shipping cost. You may cancel your order for a 100% refund if the item has not yet shipped. If the items have already shipped, we won't be able to cancel the order. If you experience any defects, you're still covered by any applicable product warranties.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Shipping
We can ship to the 48 contiguous United States for free. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will have a flat shipping fee.
Mattresses, Pillows, Toppers, Pet Bed, and Bedding Accessories: All items will be shipped via ground service and will be left at your door. Please allow 3-4 days to process and up to 3-7 days for delivery, allowing for any delays from the carrier that might arise. Hawaii and Alaska may take an additional 2 days. You will receive tracking information for all items in your order and some items may be shipped at different times from different locations.
Adjustable Bases: All Bases and Furniture items are shipped with a freight carrier. This may take 3-5 days to schedule the pickup. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your item. The carrier will deliver by curbside. The item may come on a pallet, and the carrier is not responsible for removing and disposing the pallet. You will receive tracking information for all items in your order and some items may be shipped at different times from different locations.
