Find your sleep paradise with our 90-Day Trial program on our Ergo-Pedic Sleep mattress, pillows & mattress toppers. If within the first 90 days you are not completely satisfied with your new mattress, mattress topper or pillow, for any reason, you may return it for a full refund..
Note: shipments to Hawaii & Alaska will be refunded less the cost of shipping & pet beds are excluded from the sleep-trial offer.

- Your shipping address & contact information
- The item being returned
- If you prefer we call you back rather than email, please include a contact# and a best time to reach you.

Please note that the returned products must be in the United States at the time you wish to take advantage of the 90-Day Sleep offer. If a pickup of your mattress, topper, or pillow is necessary, Ergo-Pedic will cover the related charges. Additionally, after ensuring that the products are still in good condition, we will donate them to charity.
Please also note that the Ergo-Pedic 90-Day Sleep Trial offer is limited to one return per household per year, and it must be exercised directly with Ergo-Pedic no later than the 90th day following delivery of the Product for which you want a refund. And also be aware that the Ergo-Pedic Sleep Trial offer does not include provisions for comfort exchanges. However, if you wish to purchase a different model, please reach out to our customer support and we'll create a custom discount for you. We are committed to your satisfaction and we want to ensure you find the perfect sleep solution for your needs.

You will receive your refund within 7-10 business days to your original form of payment.
Trial Program FAQ
1. Is there a wait period before I can request a return?
We ask that you keep the product for at least 30 days before initiating a return. This allows for an adequate amount of time for the mattress to adjust to your body and for you to experience the full benefits of the product. You can request a return within the 90-day sleep trial period.
2. Will my return end up in a landfill?
We are committed to minimizing waste and promoting sustainable practices. We work with national organizations that specialize in recycling or repurposing mattresses for those in need. However, please note that availability of these services may vary depending on your local area.
3. Can I exchange the mattress for a different one?
We do not offer comfort exchanges as part of our 90-day sleep trial offer. However, we understand that finding the perfect mattress can be a personal process and we are happy to work with you directly to find the best solution. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to explore other options, please contact our customer support team.
4. How do I start a Return?
To initiate a return, please click on the "Get Help!" button above. We will respond to every inquiry within one business day.
5. Can I return My Mattress, Topper, or Pillow directly to a Store?
We do not currently have a store that you can return the mattress, topper, or pillow directly to. Please contact our customer support team for instructions on how to return your purchase.
